HuntUS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

HuntUS is operated by Navo Technologies Inc. This policy explains what the Application collects, and what it does not.

What we collect

Location

The Application uses your location to show where you are on the map and, if you start a track, to record that route. Background location is used only while a recording is running, and only if you grant it. Your location is not sold and is not shared with advertisers.

Where your data is stored

Saved content stays on your device, and is synced to servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform in Canada when you are signed in. Using the Application therefore means your data is processed in Canada, which has different privacy law from your state.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Account deletion is available in the app and at support@huntus.app, and it removes your synced content. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that legislation.

As a Canadian operator we are also subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and we apply its access and correction rights to every user regardless of where they live.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
