Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
HuntUS (the “Application”) is operated by Navo Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Application or huntus.app you agree to these Terms.
1. Not an official government source
The Application is a privately developed, independent reference tool. It is not an official government utility, and it is not endorsed by, operated by, sponsored by or affiliated with any federal, state or tribal government agency.
2. Regulatory information is a convenience, not authority
Season dates, bag limits, unit boundaries and land status are compiled from published state and federal sources and are provided for convenience only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying every regulation with the issuing agency before you hunt. The published regulations of the state you are hunting in govern over anything shown here.
3. Land status and boundaries
Boundary and land-ownership layers are derived from agency data of varying accuracy and currency. They are not a survey and not a determination of access rights. Do not rely on them to decide whether you may enter or discharge a firearm on any parcel.
4. Data sources and attribution
The Application incorporates public sector information published by state wildlife and land management agencies and by federal agencies including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service, used on the terms each agency publishes it under. Those agencies do not endorse the Application.
5. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation is handled in the store account that bought them.
6. Your content
Spots, tracks, notes and photos you create are yours. We do not sell them and we do not publish them. See the Privacy Policy for how they are stored.
7. No warranty, and limitation of liability
The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss, injury or citation arising from reliance on information in the Application.
8. Governing law
Navo Technologies Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer protection law of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.
